Animation proves a winning formula for communicating unique service offer
Champions Marketing wanted to communicate, quickly and simply, their role as a conduit between the student and corporate worlds. Having launched an award-winning social enterprise that readys students across the UK for a corporate environment, Champions wanted to promote how their unique relationship with the student demographic can benefit the Graduate Recruiters and Brand Managers of big brands.
What Champions Marketing do could be percieved as a complex service offer, so after some thorough research Do Good Brand transformed it into an easy-to-understand informative 1 minute script. With little in the way of brand assets Do Good Branding favoured an animated format for which they developed a visual style that reflects the youthful positivity and enthusiasm that Champions exude, whilst retaining an element of sophistication. The final animation uses an extended brand palette and clean character design. Everything from the voiceover style to the music to the objects used express Champions’ upbeat attitude.
Champions are delighted with the result which has become one of their key sales tools. The visual style established in the animation has also been embraced by Champions and is due to feature across other marketing channels including their new website.
“Champions Marketing set the ambitious goal of explaining a particularly complex business model to our target audience and as a result, we feared a challenging and drawn out project. The reality was quite the opposite, as the team at Do Good were quick to understand our business proposition and what we were looking to create.
Do Good’s Creative Director led each stage of the creative process thoroughly and demonstrating a great eye for awesome design and captivating copy. We got to the end result with minimal delay and never before have we worked with an agency that found such a great marketing solution with minimal influence from ourselves! Highly recommended!”
