Do Good Branding have created an animated video to help Champions Marketing to communicate the student-targetted services they specialise in.
Champions Marketing wanted to communicate, quickly and simply, their role as a conduit between the student and corporate worlds. Having launched an award-winning social enterprise that readys students across the UK for a corporate environment, Champions wanted to promote how their unique relationship with the student demographic can benefit the Graduate Recruiters and Brand Managers of big brands.
Do Good Branding were commissioned to transform what could be percieved as a complex service offer into an easy-to-understand informative 1 minute video. With little in the way of brand assets Do Good Branding favoured an animated format for which they could establish a visual style inspired by the core values of the company.
Jo Donnelly, Director at Do Good Branding explains: “We wanted to reflect the youthful positivity and enthusiasm that Champions exude, whilst retaining an element of sophistication. Students are at the heart of what Champions do, but we wanted to avoid the usual clichés associated with youth markets.”
The final animation uses an extended brand palette and clean character design. Everything from the voiceover style to the music to the objects used express Champions’ upbeat attitude.
Champions are due to launch their new site this month, the design of which will use elements of the animation. See the final animation here.
